I built this console app to streamline and accelerate the support check process.

Key Features:

  • Opens and filters data specific to the VPN in use.
  • Displays the date of the last data refresh and allows re-retrieval of processed data.
  • Interactive tiles showing:
    • Open service desk tickets and their statuses.
    • Total users, inactive users, unconfirmed accounts, and locked accounts.
  • Line charts visualizing weekly data trends.
  • Connectivity status indicators based on the original console version.
  • Dropdown tables for quick diagnostics, including:
    • Offline customer agents.
    • Policy handler status and errors.
    • Integration version inconsistencies.
    • SQL column size mismatches.
    • Data collection timestamps and baseline check-ins.
    • Outdated summary tables and stored procedure issues.
    • Error summaries across all tools.
    • User account status overview.
    • Service desk ticket listings.
    • Database and backup sizes with last run times.
