I built this console app to streamline and accelerate the support check process.
Key Features:
Opens and filters data specific to the VPN in use.
Displays the date of the last data refresh and allows re-retrieval of processed data.
Interactive tiles showing:
Open service desk tickets and their statuses.
Total users, inactive users, unconfirmed accounts, and locked accounts.
Line charts visualizing weekly data trends.
Connectivity status indicators based on the original console version.
Dropdown tables for quick diagnostics, including:
Offline customer agents.
Policy handler status and errors.
Integration version inconsistencies.
SQL column size mismatches.
Data collection timestamps and baseline check-ins.
Outdated summary tables and stored procedure issues.
Error summaries across all tools.
User account status overview.
Service desk ticket listings.
